Over 1000 hours of teaching experience.Keoni's style is most likened to a Hatha/Vinyasa Flow with some Yin thrown in.Classes focus on alignment while building strength and increasing flexibility.Expect slightly longer holds, slower transitions, and lots of variety!Keoni has experience in teaching all levels of students, from first timers to the seasoned yogi, kids and athletes and can offer modifications for those students needing them.Smile Yoga provides yoga services to you wherever and whenever you want them, at work, at home, or in a local park and currently offers 2 classes per week in Atherton.Keoni is available for private and group classes as well as studio teaching.
